- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆May 30, 2020, by Marian KlineI waited 1/2 hour in major appliances without help or even a greeting and finally, politely, asked the only guy I saw (who had been helping a couple) if there was anyone else available. He snapped at me rudely. I waited 15 minutes more and finally a woman came to help. I ordered a fridge, spending $2,500, and it was so take 2 weeks. I gave them nearly three to the delivery date I set up, but received a call today saying it was delayed and would be another week. I guess that "S" at the end of Lowes should be at the beginning because they are, certainly, SLOW.
